All hardware products that are part of the NexGen Technologies are Covered by a 1 year warranty (parts & labor).
Warranties are valid against factory defect in materials and/or workmanship.
Availability and Service Conditions
- All repairs covered by warranty will be performed within 48 hours during business days after receipt of product(s).
- Any damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, misuse abuse, or altered serial number, is not covered by warranty.
- Broken seal and damage from non-unauthorized repair person will result in loss of warranty coverage.
- Supplies, such as badges or accessories, are not covered by warranty.
